Brad Bailey - Pastor/Teaching Elder

Brad is a husband and father of four.  He and his family live in Valrico, Florida. 2019 Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D. - Summa Cum Laude) Bethany Divinity College & Seminary in Dothan, AL. 2012 Master of Theology (Th. M. - Magna Cum Laude) Macedonia Baptist College in Midland, North Carolina. 2009 Bachelor of Theology (Th. B.) Macedonia Baptist College in Midland, North Carolina. 2007 Associate of Theology (Th. A.) Carolina Bible College in Concord, North Carolina.

 

Deacon Mark Waters

Mark is our senior deacon at BBT.  He has served since 1993 as deacon.  He ministers over the first half of the alphabet (letters A-M) and serves his part of the congregation faithfully. He and his wife Vicky live in Dover, Florida.

 

Deacon Steve Godfrey

Steve is a local businessman and a devout follower of Christ.  He has served since 2019 as deacon.  He ministers over the second half of the alphabet (letters N-Z) and serves his part of the congregation faithfully.  He and his wife Rita live in Apollo Beach, Florida.

 

Adam Capps – Minister of Music

Adam is our church song leader.  He has a passion for traditional music and serves well in the role of congregational song leading.  He and his wife Sharon have four children and they live in Lakeland, Florida.

 

Mike Clarisa – Filipino Pastor

Mike serves as the senior pastor of the Filipino Baptist Church (Tagolog).  The church meets weekly on the property of BBT.  He and his wife Beth have three children and they live in Valrico, Florida.

 

Head Usher Kenny Kyle

Kenny serves at BBT as Head Usher and coordinates the greeting of visitors and manages the numerous ushering needs at BBT.  He and his wife Bonnie live in Mango, Florida.

 

Chuck Russ – Minister of Records/Clerk

Chuck has served in the role of accounting for the events, additions, and ministries of BBT faithfully since 2018.  He and his wife Sylvia live in Brandon, Florida.
